Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, webinars, lectures, conferences, and training programmes offered by The Hoof Academy.

Conclusion of contract: The contract is concluded once the registration or booking of an offer by The Hoof Academy has been confirmed.

Payment: The course fee is due prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed. Payments are made by bank transfer or PayPal. In the event of late payment, The Hoof Academy reserves the right to refuse participation.

Cancellation / withdrawal: Cancellations must be made in writing. In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the start of the course, the full course fee will be charged. If a course is cancelled by The Hoof Academy, any fees already paid will be refunded.

Liability / warranty: The content of the courses offered by The Hoof Academy is provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. The Hoof Academy is not liable for any damage to persons, animals, or property arising during the courses or from the application of the content. The use of course content is at the participant’s own risk.

Copyright: All course materials, presentations, videos, and texts are protected by copyright. Any sharing, reproduction, or publication without explicit permission is prohibited.

Data protection: Personal data is stored solely for the purpose of processing bookings. Data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the course.

Final provisions: German law shall apply. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
